Founding Beta Terms
These terms describe the conditions for requesting access to and using the ActaThread founding beta.

1. Beta access
The beta is an invitation-based, pre-release evaluation. Access may be limited, paused, changed, or ended at any time. Submitting the form does not guarantee an invitation. You must be legally able to accept these terms and use the service where you live and work.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your OpenAI account, API key, usage charges, selected project files, meeting permissions, and compliance with applicable laws and workplace policies. Do not use ActaThread to process content you are not authorized to access or record.
3. Pre-release software
ActaThread is provided for evaluation and may contain defects, lose data, produce inaccurate output, or change without notice. AI output must be reviewed before it is used for technical, business, legal, financial, personnel, or other consequential decisions. Keep independent backups of important information.
4. Feedback and intellectual property
ActaThread and its branding remain the property of their respective owner. You retain rights to your content. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment to improve and commercialize the product, without publicly identifying you unless you agree.
5. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ActaThread is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from beta use.
6. Ending participation
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend access when needed for security, compliance, product changes, or beta operations. Provisions that logically survive termination, including responsibility, intellectual property, warranty, and liability terms, continue to apply.
